WHAT WE'RE MADE OF
Curious about what it would be like to be a Technician at Mader Energy? As the next member of our team, you’ll be working alongside some of the best in the business. The work you’ll carry out on a day-to-day basis could include troubleshooting, diagnostics, major component change outs and preventative maintenance, flying solo or working in a team, depending on your state of operation.
*TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to be eligible you need to meet the below requirements!
- You must submit your referral through the provided form.
- You will not be noted as a “Mate of Mader” if you send the referral details AFTER the referee has applied to Mader.
- You'll need to be the first person to refer the employee, in line with the above process. Where there is a dispute related to this, the time and date of the form submission will be used to determine the eligible referrer.
- You must be actively employed during all stages of the referral process.
- The employee must commence work with Mader Energy and complete 90 days of work before you can receive your prize.
- You may select from the provided prize options listed. However, should they become unavailable, Mader Energy reserves the right to elect a new prize option.
- From June 19th, 2023-August 31st, 2023 if you submit an employee referral you will be entitled to the prizes listed, NOT the standard MOM incentive bonus reward, it will not be in addition to the listed prizes.
- Should you submit an employee referral from June 19th, 2023-August 28th, 2023 and would prefer the standard MOM incentive bonus, please request this at the time of your submittal. If you do, please be aware that you will receive the standard MOM incentive bonus after the referral's 90 days are completed.
- The address and information you provide in this form will be utilized to send your prizes. Please ensure it is accurate. Please let us know if your address changes after the referral form is submitted.
